The hotel's location is fantastic, on the edge of the lagoon and close to the main sights. The staff were really good and couldn't do enough for me, from check-in to check-out. The hotel facilities were great, with a spa, a restaurant, and a lively bar with engaging bartenders. Breakfast was of high quality, with a generous choice of cooked food and morning goods.
There was nothing I didn't like.

the service provided by the staff was impeccable, always attentive to our needs and wishes. the room had exclusive amenities, including a private terrace with stunning views of the water. the luxurious attention to detail was evident through the whole venue. the location granted us access to some of the best activities in town without being in the midst of all the noise.
Even though everything was outstanding, we encountered a slight issue with the WiFi connection in our room. the staff promptly addressed the problem and resolved it quickly, leaving us extremely satisfied with the overall experience.

We stayed at this hotel and were impressed by its luxurious amenities. the room was beautifully designed, with exclusive in-room facilities and a comfortable bed. the Spa & Wellness Centre was a highlight, with a sauna, massage, and Turkish bath for ultimate relaxation. Outside was a lovely garden area to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
The only minor downside was the lack of drawer space for clothes storage. the buffet breakfast was top-notch, but chafing dishes would have improved the temperature of the cooked items.
